TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: September 8, 2026
Last Updated: September 8, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Allan Mandi Tattoo website and, where applicable, consultations, appointment bookings, deposits, tattoo services, and other transactions with Allan Mandi Tattoo LLC, doing business as Allan Mandi Tattoo (“Allan Mandi Tattoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, submitting a booking request, paying a deposit, or purchasing services from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms.
Additional consent forms, appointment policies, estimates, invoices, payment-plan terms, or written agreements may apply to particular tattoo services. If a specific written agreement expressly conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific agreement will control with respect to that matter.

2. CONSULTATIONS
Allan Mandi Tattoo operates primarily by appointment.
We may offer complimentary tattoo consultations to discuss a proposed project, including the concept, placement, approximate size, style, estimated number of sessions, pricing, scheduling, and other relevant considerations.
A consultation does not guarantee acceptance of a tattoo project, availability of a particular appointment date, or a final price unless specifically confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to decline a project when we determine that we are unable or unwilling to perform the requested work.
3. PRICING AND ESTIMATES
Tattoo pricing varies based on factors including size, placement, complexity, detail, style, required design work, skin and body considerations, and the amount of tattooing time required.
Prices or session estimates discussed during a consultation are estimates unless expressly identified as a fixed price.
For projects requiring multiple sessions, an estimated number of sessions is not a guarantee that the tattoo will be completed within that number of sessions.
Changes requested by the client, changes in scope, healing considerations, design complexity, placement, the client's tolerance, required breaks, or other circumstances may affect the amount of time or number of sessions required.
4. DEPOSITS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a $500 deposit is required to reserve a tattoo appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit reserves appointment time and compensates Allan Mandi Tattoo for scheduling commitments, administrative preparation, and design-related work associated with the project.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the deposit will be credited toward the applicable tattoo service.
Payment of a deposit does not entitle the client to a cash refund if the client later decides not to proceed with the tattoo.
Any exception to the deposit policy must be expressly agreed to by Allan Mandi Tattoo in writing.
5. RESCHEDULING
Unless different terms are expressly provided for a particular appointment, a client may reschedule an appointment one time while preserving the applicable deposit, provided that Allan Mandi Tattoo receives at least three (3) days' noticebefore the scheduled appointment.
Additional rescheduling, insufficient notice, cancellation, or failure to appear may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit before another appointment is scheduled.
Any accommodation or exception made on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce this policy on another occasion.
If Allan Mandi Tattoo must reschedule an appointment, we will work with the client to arrange a replacement date.
6. LATE ARRIVALS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Clients should arrive at the agreed appointment time.
Significant lateness may reduce the available tattooing time or require the appointment to be rescheduled.
Failure to appear for an appointment without appropriate notice may be treated as a no-show and may result in forfeiture of the applicable deposit.
7. DESIGN PROCESS
Custom tattoo design work generally begins 2 to 3 days before the scheduled tattoo session.
The client may request minor revisions to the proposed design up to client's satisfaction.
Additional or substantial revisions, a complete change of concept, or requests that materially expand the original project may require additional design fees, an updated estimate, a new deposit, or a new appointment arrangement.
Minor adjustments necessary for final placement, sizing, flow, or tattoo execution may be handled separately at the artist's discretion.
8. ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Original tattoo designs, drawings, compositions, sketches, concepts, digital artwork, and other creative materials created by Allan Mandi Tattoo remain the intellectual property of their respective creator unless expressly transferred in writing.
Payment of a tattoo deposit or tattoo service does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying artwork.
Clients may not reproduce, sell, commercially exploit, provide to another tattoo artist for reproduction, or otherwise use custom artwork created by Allan Mandi Tattoo without permission.
Reference images supplied by clients are used to communicate ideas and inspiration. Clients should not request unauthorized reproduction of artwork belonging to another artist or rights holder.
9. DESIGN CHANGES AND ARTISTIC DISCRETION
Tattooing requires artistic and technical judgment.
The artist may recommend or require modifications to size, placement, composition, detail, contrast, color, orientation, or other aspects of a proposed design when reasonably necessary to improve tattooability, readability, longevity, or artistic quality.
We cannot guarantee that a tattoo will appear identical to a digital mockup, photograph, reference image, or screen representation.
10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information relevant to their tattoo service and completing all required consent and release documentation.
Clients must comply with applicable identification and age requirements.
Clients should follow preparation and aftercare instructions provided by Allan Mandi Tattoo.
A client should inform the artist before tattooing begins of circumstances reasonably relevant to whether tattooing can be safely performed. Allan Mandi Tattoo may decline or postpone a service when reasonably appropriate for safety, legal, or professional reasons.
11. CONSENT AND IDENTIFICATION
Before tattoo services are performed, clients may be required to:
Present valid government-issued identification;
Complete and sign required consent and release documentation;
Provide information required by applicable Tennessee law or health regulations; and
Provide any other legally required documentation.
Tattoo services will not be performed when doing so would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.
Our handling of personal information and identification records is addressed separately in our Privacy Policy.
12. TATTOO RESULTS AND HEALING
Tattoo results and healing vary from person to person.
Factors outside the artist's control—including skin characteristics, individual healing, sun exposure, aftercare, lifestyle, physical activity, scratching or picking, infection, medical circumstances, and other factors—may affect the appearance or healing of a tattoo.
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided to them.
No guarantee can be made that every tattoo will heal or retain pigment identically.
If you have concerns about healing, contact Allan Mandi Tattoo. Medical concerns should be directed to an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
13. TOUCH-UPS
Whether a touch-up is appropriate, necessary, complimentary, or subject to an additional charge will be determined based on the circumstances and any policy communicated for the particular tattoo.
Damage, fading, or pigment loss resulting from improper aftercare, excessive sun exposure, picking, injury, client conduct, or other circumstances outside our control may not qualify for a complimentary touch-up.
14. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
We may request permission to photograph or record completed tattoos, works in progress, or portions of the tattooing process.
Any use of client images or recordings is subject to the applicable consent or media authorization provided by the client.
Where authorized, photographs and videos may be used for portfolios, websites, social media, advertising, educational materials, promotional materials, publications, or other business purposes.
15. PAYMENTS
We may accept payment through methods including Square, Venmo, GlossGenius, cash, or other payment methods we make available.
Certain third-party services may provide financing or installment-payment options.
Transactions processed through a third-party payment or financing provider may also be governed by that provider's terms, eligibility requirements, privacy policy, fees, repayment obligations, and other conditions.
All financing decisions and financing agreements offered by independent third parties are between the client and the applicable provider.
16. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
Clients should contact Allan Mandi Tattoo promptly if they believe there is an error concerning a payment or transaction so that we have an opportunity to review the matter.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable law regarding legitimate billing disputes or payment-card protections.
We reserve the right to provide appointment records, invoices, signed agreements, communications, transaction records, consent documentation, and other relevant evidence to a payment processor or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.
17. GIFT CARDS, PROMOTIONS, AND SPECIAL OFFERS
Promotions, discounts, special offers, gift certificates, or similar programs may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise required by law, promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to correct errors in promotional materials and to enforce stated eligibility, expiration, scheduling, or other restrictions to the extent permitted by law.
18. WEBSITE INFORMATION
Information appearing on our website, social-media pages, advertisements, portfolios, or other materials is provided for general informational and promotional purposes.
Portfolio images represent examples of previous work and do not guarantee identical results for another client.
We may update website content, pricing information, availability, policies, services, and other information from time to time.
19. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website and business may use or link to third-party services, including Squarespace, Google, Venue Ink, Square, Venmo, GlossGenius, Meta, TikTok, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for the independent availability, content, privacy practices, terms, security, financing decisions, or operations of third-party services.
Your use of those services may be governed by separate agreements between you and the applicable provider.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Allan Mandi Tattoo LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from the use of our website or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, exclude, or limit liability that cannot legally be waived, excluded, or limited under applicable law.
Any specific acknowledgments, assumption-of-risk provisions, or releases applicable to the tattoo procedure itself are addressed in the client's applicable tattoo consent and release documentation.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, policies, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
Changes apply prospectively from their effective date unless otherwise required by law.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
