Our tattoo consent records and associated identification records are maintained as physical paper records. We do not routinely scan or digitize these physical records.
We retain tattoo records for at least the period required by applicable law and may retain records longer when reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, insurance, or legitimate business purposes.
These records may be made available to health departments, governmental agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other authorities when required or permitted by applicable law.
4. APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKING
We use third-party services to assist with consultations, appointments, scheduling, client communications, and booking management. These services may include:
Google Calendar and related Google scheduling services; and
Venue Ink (venue.ink).
When you submit information through a third-party booking or scheduling service, that service may collect and process your information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
Information submitted for consultations or appointments may include your name, contact information, appointment details, tattoo request, reference materials, and other information you voluntarily provide.
5. PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, AND FINANCING
We accept payments, including non-refundable tattoo deposits, through payment methods and third-party providers that may include:
Square;
Venmo;
GlossGenius;
Cash; and
Other payment or financing options that may be made available to clients.
Certain third-party providers may offer installment or financing options.
Third-party payment and financing providers process information according to their respective terms and privacy policies.
When a third-party payment processor handles a card transaction, we generally do not directly receive or store your complete credit or debit card number.
We may receive and maintain transaction information such as your name, amount paid, payment date, payment status, transaction reference, deposit information, or related records for appointment management, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and other legitimate business purposes.
6. OUR WEBSITE AND SQUARESPACE
Our website is hosted and operated using Squarespace.
Squarespace and technologies used with our website may automatically collect certain technical information concerning your visit, including IP address, browser information, device information, cookies, and website activity.
Some information may be collected directly by Squarespace or by services configured or integrated with our website and may be subject to those providers' respective privacy policies.

Any separate photograph, video, model, or media authorization contained in a client consent or release form remains subject to the terms of that authorization.
